We visited Henderson Mazda to get a first-hand look at the effervescent Mazda 3 and turbocharged Mazda 6 that come with some unbeatable features and the sporty Mazda 3 hatchback. 2018 Mazda3
The 5-seater Mazda3 is a 4-door luxury sedan that comes with some fantastic features with each of its trims. The basic Sport trim comes with a 155HP 2.0 Liter, 4-cylinder, SkyActiv-G engine with which you get 150 lb-ft of torque. It comes with a Front Wheel Drive (FWD) drivetrain that works with a 6-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. You get an awesome EPA estimated 27/37/31 mpg (City / Hwy / Combined) on the manual transmission that comes with SkyActiv-MT and an even better 28/37/31 mpg (City / Hwy / Combined) using the 6-speed automatic with SkyActiv-Drive. The Mazda3 also features a Mazda Connect Infotainment system and Smart City Brake support that applies the brakes automatically when you are traveling at low speeds and the system detects a change of frontal collision. The Touring and Grand Touring sport a 2.5 Liter, 4-cylinder engine with SkyActiv-G that delivers 184 HP and 185 lb-ft of torque. The insides feature leatherette seats and Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring in the safety specs.
2018 Mazda3 Hatchback
The Mazda3 hatchback is a 5-door luxury vehicle with the same standard set of features and specifications you would find in the Mazda3 with the additional ability to fold down the rear seats to reveal 40.1 cu. ft. of cargo space. Seating on any Mazda3 vehicle is sporty, ergonomic and contoured to make you feel snug and comfortable and give you proper grip as you surge ahead. You have seating materials available from cloth to leatherette to make you feel luxurious. The Grand Touring trim on the Mazda3 features a 9-speaker Bose Surround Sound System in the infotainment area and Active Driving Display that gives you the convenience of viewing your vehicle information using a flip up type mini display. The latest entrant in the lineup at Mazda dealer Henderson, the Mazda6 comes in 6 luxurious, feature packed trims and exemplifies Mazda’s soul design philosophy in every aspect. The Sport and Touring come with the 187HP SkyActiv-G 2.4L, 4-cylinder engine while the Grand Touring, GT Reserve and Signature trims come with a power packed 250 HP 2.5T 4-cylinder turbocharged engine.
